From Neutral to Neurally Aware:
Elevate Your Mediation Skills through Neuroscience and Nature.
Course Purpose
01
Seeing Blind Spots & Working With Biases
Step beyond technique and into real mastery.
Most mediators work from habits they are not aware of.
In this course, you will explore and revise the beliefs that shape the way you understand conflict — and uncover the blind spots that can limit your effectiveness.
02
Self-Regulation & Neuroscience-Driven Skill Development
Your brain is always changing — now change it on purpose.
Great mediators aren’t born; they are trained at the neural level.
Using proven neuroplasticity-based techniques and the rhythmic movement of cross-country skiing, you will learn to regulate your emotions, remain grounded under pressure, and maintain a steady presence.
03
Deep Presence & Subconscious Integration
Make mediation feel more natural, intuitive, and effortless.
This course is designed for deep subconscious integration.
Through silence, cabin living, embodied exercises, and reflective mediation practice, you will allow the key competencies of mediation — listening, attunement, neutrality, and clarity — to settle into you.
Then, they begin to feel effortless.
Clients sense when
you are centered.
